Returns

Below are our latest return policy standards for our Nucar Wholesale Parts effective as of 1/21/2025.

To all our valued customers,

 

We are in the process of updating and enforcing our return standards.  Please take time to review and understand our updated processes:

 

  1. All items that are returned as “New” must be in the original packaging with the manufacturer’s label, in new resalable condition, and not have been exposed to the elements.
     

  2. Please make sure to precheck all parts before painting to verify the part is the correct part number and the correct fit.
     

  3. All “Damaged” parts returned must be in the original packaging.
     

  4. Items in stock or special orders that become obsolete or discontinued and have been in your possession for an extended period could be denied.
     

  5. Windshields and Glass are NON-RETURNABLE.  We require that you sign off at the time of delivery that the part was delivered in good condition.  We highly suggest that you get a guarantee from your insurance company or a full deposit if it is a private repair to cover your cost if the job is canceled.
     

  6. Cores must be returned in the original box. Fascia cores do not have to be returned in the box.
     

  7. No refund or credits will be given for electrical parts that are open and show evidence of being installed. 
     

  8. No refund or credits will be given on frames, full exhausts, and inner quarter panels. 
     

  9. Returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase. If we consider making an exception a 20% restock fee will be deducted from the original cost of the part.
     

  10. We now utilize the Elite Extra return portal.  This is for your convenience.  It can be found HERE along with the step-by-step instructions HERE.  Utilizing the Elite portal is not mandatory.  It is at your discretion.  Our drivers will always have handwritten return forms.
     

  11. Total losses warrant an average restock fee of 20% to absorb our loss.  This can be deducted from the credit or billed on a separate invoice. The format is at your discretion based on what you need to comply with the insurance company.
